London Graffiti Instagrams: The 5 Best Spots for a Cool Shot

London is filled with amazing street art and graffiti that would make a perfect backdrop for your next Instagram. But, traversing the streets for the best art is tough work; so, we did it for you! Here are the top five places to snap an Instagram with London's best street art.

1. Chance Street

This vibrant building found on Shoreditch's Chance Street brings a blast of color to London's typically drab streets. Designed by street artist MadC, the bright colors are hard to miss and would be an eye-catching addition to your Instagram feed. Although the bottom half of the mural is now unfortunately covered in tags, the vibrance of the wall still makes for a great picture. Take a shot with as much of the wall as possible. The scale of this mural is not typical in London and is certainly noteworthy.

2. Sclater Street

The adorable creation of Okuda San Miguel resides on Sclater Street in Shoreditch. This bear is both an awesome art piece and a perfect location for an Instagram photo! Take a shot with the whole bear in its vibrant glory or zoom in and use the geometric shapes and bright colors for an amazing close-up.

3. Finsbury Park

Who ever said street art had to be colorful? The Doodle Man works solely in black and white to create elaborate street art pieces filled completely with doodles.

His newest installation in Finsbury Park is made up of multiple panels covered with his signature illustrations. Get in close to the panels to focus on the details or step in between them to show the magnitude of the doodles.

4. Redemption Bar

These angel wings outside of the Redemption Bar in Shoreditch are perfect for an Instagram solo shot. Although posting an Instagram in front of graffiti angel wings is not a novel idea, the elegant gold and blue combination of this particular street art would make for a gorgeous picture. Pose in front of the mural and make sure to include the great brick work surrounding the art to capture the elegance of the piece.

5. Braithwaite Street

Located right outside of the Shoreditch High Street Station, Braithwaite Street is a cornucopia for brilliant graffiti. From simple tags to elaborate murals, Braithwaite is the place to go if you are looking for a more urban example of street art. Use the whole street to get a variety of pictures.

Stay close to the graffiti to make use of the cool colors and shapes or take a wide shot to capture the entirety of the art.
